Lisa Speed, known as the Director of Deliciousness, is a culinary artist with over 27 years in the restaurant and catering industry. Her passion for food has taken her around the world, living in cities like Seattle, Edinburgh, San Sebastian, Melbourne, Sydney, and Ubud. Now based in Maldon, Victoria, Lisa has owned various dining establishments, including a Warung in Ubud and an Asian grocery and eatery in Castlemaine.
Her love for travel, food, art, and music shines through in every dish she creates, blending global flavours and techniques. Currently, she delights food lovers with her creations at “This Little Piggy” in Maldon, exemplifying her dedication to quality and the joy of sharing meals.

Not only can I say I genuinely Ate After Ate (>8) but This Little Piggy’s Fri&Sat Mexican streetvan nosh-up permits of nighttime consumption of non liquid nutrient (!) from 6 till the transgressively tardy 1130pm.
